Full version of Low Carbon Hydrogen Agreement shared

DESNZ has shared the full Low Carbon Hydrogen Agreement with attendees of the Electrolytic Hydrogen Working Group and other key stakeholders, but this does not appear to have been published more widely. This is a near 600-page document on which the Department is running a range of workshops over the coming fortnight. The deadline for formal written responses by Friday 16^th June 2023.
